Offer campers the opportunity to maintain strong camp connections and take the spirit of your camp with them as they hone their leadership skills in an international setting. Here, your campers become global citizens.

US-Based Leadership + Outdoors Trips

For more than a decade now we've found alignment with day camps who want to offer a 4-day skill-building outdoors trip. We provide the gear, the packing list, the itinerary, and the risk management. You send your campers and chaperones! With rafting, canoeing, rock climbing, and weather-related backup options each day, we'll teach your campers how to do the outdoors in a fun way!

3+4 Week Leadership Intensives

Our signature program was borne out of Windsor Mountain International camp, and has been a centerpiece of our approach to youth development since our first program in 1967. This immersive experience propels your campers from alumni into extraordinary leaders with the skills, passion, and purpose to lead your camps.

Referral Bonuses + Custom Programs

Students who participated in summer camps shine on our programs! Refer your alumni and campers to a Global Routes summer program and receive $500 referral bonus for each embarked camper. OR, build a program for your campers and send us a group of 12+ for a bigger bonus and as an extension of your camp.
